Is it safe for all skin types?

Yes, absolutely. The mask is suitable for all skin types , including sensitive or acne-prone skin.
The formula is free of fragrance, alcohol, and harsh ingredients , making it suitable even for the most sensitive skin.

What if my skin feels tight after the mask?

That's perfectly normal. The mask works to firm the skin and activate collagen production .
After a few minutes, that slight, tight feeling disappears on its own, and your skin will feel smoother and firmer .

Always finish with your day or night cream to lock in the hydration.

Can I use the mask on acne or scars?

Absolutely! The formula contains niacinamide and hyaluronic acid , which help with skin repair, reduce blemishes, and refine small scars.

At JENNA BEAUTY BAR, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order according to the following conditions:

Return Policy Terms and Conditions

  • Return period: You have the right to return your product within 7 days of receipt.
  • Product condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products with broken seals due to hygiene and health reasons.
  • Proof of purchase: For a quick processing, we ask for proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Return process

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via info@jennabeautybar.be to register your return.
  2. Please send the product, well-packaged, to the return address we provided. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  3. Once we have received and checked the product, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund

  • After approval of the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back on the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the fault lies with us (for example, in the case of a wrongly delivered or damaged product).

Exceptions

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Gift vouchers and discount codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.

We deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Belgium & Netherlands
For Belgium and the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €100.00. For orders below this amount, we charge €7 shipping costs for Belgium and €8.00 for the Netherlands.

If you order on weekdays before 4 PM , your order will be shipped the next business day (unless otherwise stated). Orders are always shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment via Bpost or PostNL. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can follow the status of your order online.

Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been placed and your payment completed, you will first receive an order confirmation. When we have prepared your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped, including a tracking code to follow your package.

With the Liftology Exclusive Membership, you can enjoy exclusive benefits and peace of mind for your skincare routine.

What is included?

  • Installment payments spread over 12 months.

  • Annual touch-up to maintain your results.

  • 1 free treatment per year for a zone of your choice (after 12 payments)

Duration & Start

  • The membership lasts a maximum of 12 months .

  • It starts after the last session of your initial treatment .

Payments

  • The monthly contribution ranges from €20 to €79 , depending on the treatment you choose.

  • Payments are processed automatically via direct debit.

  • If you cancel within the first 12 months, the amount paid will not be refunded , but converted into a gift voucher worth the amount of the installments already paid.

  • The free treatment can only be claimed after 12 months of payment .

Cancellation

  • You can cancel the membership at any time with a registered notification and a notice period of 1 month .

  • No refund will be given if the cancellation occurs within the first 12 months. The amount already paid will be converted into a gift voucher.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for side effects that are not caused by negligence.

  • Medical details must be reported prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this membership.

  • Any changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance .
